CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES
On-site inspections are essential during construction to ensure adherence
to contract documents with respect to quality of workmanship to standard
building practices and conformance to details of construction. In addition,
construction progress is monitored to assure adherence to the project
schedule and identify potential delays which may affect the project completion
date.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING
Our office prepares detailed construction schedules utilizing Prolog software
from 100 to 2500+ activities. These schedules will be updated on a monthly
basis to monitor the project’s Critical Path and identify activities
which are necessary to ensure a timely completion of the project. On-site
review of construction activities is a crucial element to the analysis
of the schedules and will be performed by our experienced construction
staff. Finally, Narrative Reports may be issued for a detailed analysis
of the status of construction, including items which should be addressed
for a smooth flow of construction.
VALUE ENGINEERING
Comprehensive reviews of architectural, structural and mechanical drawings
are essential to assure that all items between disciplines are properly
coordinated and relate to the client’s program requirements. Our
experienced staff will review all contract documents for coordination
and to recommend the feasibility of materials and specified systems with
respect to procurement of materials and most importantly- cost effectiveness.
