Each project taken on by the Kulka team has the entire organization lending its expertise and support. Every building that the Kulka organization accepts as a project is given a project manager. This Individual is responsible for all phases and aspects of the project. Working with the project manager is the project superintendent who assists him with important details and follow-up, so essential for timely completion. In addition to daily oversight of Kulka's on-site office at your project, the project superintendent coordinates the daily work to help insure that the work contracted for is done correctly and effciently. Supporting these individuals are project coordinators, our controller and assistant controller, as well our top notch administrative staff all utilizing Prolog, our construction management software, to monitor all aspects of the project including financial transactions, contracts and payment requisitions.

As a continuing checks and balances procedure, this team meets on a weekly basis with the principals of Kulka. These meetings provide the necessary level of communication and awareness required for continuing the quality and service Kulka is noted for. As required, additional meetings are held with the design team and contractors to implement policies determined by the Kulka staff meetings. If troublesome situations should arise during any phase of contstruction, this project team can instantaneously step in to efficiently resolve them so that the client receives the best product and service possible.
