With over 35 years experience, Anthony is a crucial member of the Kulka organization. An expert estimator, anthony is a wealth of knowledge and assists in mentoring all staff members with projects from the commencement to completion of each project.
Anthony's expertise us used during the estimation of construction costs which are based on a quantity survey of drawings and specifications at the end of the schematic design phase for approval by the owner. He will update and refine this estimate for the owner's approval as the development of the drawings and specifications proceeds, and advise the owner and the architect if it appears that the project budget will not be met and make recommendations for corrective action always ensuring the owner gets the best proce and quality of work for his dollar.
